Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy from the date of purchase. Customers can request a refund through Estbdal, or choose to exchange the item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Requests made after the 14-day period or products that do not meet the condition requirements will not be accepted.
